I saw this on a board and can't wait to try it!
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Add a bit of olive oil, if desired.
3. I believe that the chickpeas come in a 14 oz can, use size that is closest.
