Ingredients:
1 (6 inch) low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
2 teaspoons low-sugar strawberry preserves
2 tablespoons fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup strawberry
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Directions:

Spread preserves on tortilla.

Top with ricotta cheese.
3.
Place strawberries on top of ricotta and sprinkle with almonds.
4.
Roll tightly and serve.
