Ingredients:
1 cup canned fat-free refried beans
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup kraft 2% low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup scallion
Directions:
1. Combine refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
2. Spread evenly over the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
3. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean layer and spread evenly.
4. Pour salsa over sour cream.
5. Spread to sides of pie plate.
6. Sprinkle cheese over salsa and top with green onions.
7. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
8. Serve with tortilla chips.
