Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Heat very large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic.
3. Saute until softened, about 1 minute.
4. Increase the heat, to medium-high and add the shrimp, oregano, and crushed pepper; saute, stirring constantly, until shrimp are opaque, about 2 minute.
5. 1 Point per 3 shrimp.
