Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
ground black pepper
salt (optional)
1/2 cup fat free parmesan, topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Coat a 12x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
3. Arrange the asparagus in the dish in rows.
4. Add the water and lemon juice.
5. Season to taste with the pepper and salt.
6. Sprinkle with parmesan.
7. Cover loosely with foil.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
