Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes
3 tablespoons italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray a 1 quart shallow baking dish with nonstick spray.
3. Halve the tomatoes then squeeze out and discard seeds.
4. Place tomatoes cut side up in dish.
5. Combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in small bowl.
6. Sprinkle over tomatoes and bake until soft, about 35-45 minutes.
7. 1 point per serving (1 tomato half).
