Amazing brownies! These are quick and easy, and actually use canned frosting and a mix...BUT...you would never know it! From my cousin's wife, who is a fabulous cook!! Be sure to have lots of milk on hand! They are sweet, chewy, and sticky! Read more !
Ingredients:
1 pkg. good brownie mix, i use ghirardelli or pillsbury or duncan hines
1 jar of chunky peanut butter (16 oz)
10 large marshmallows
1 can fudge creamy frosting
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Bake the brownies according to the box.
2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. While brownies are cooling, melt the entire jar of peanut butter for
4. two minutes in microwave. (well, don't put the plastic jar in there, lol, empty into a large glass measuring cup or other microwave safe bowl).
5. Stir once at the end until peanut butter is smooth.
6. Spread on top of brownies and refrigerate for 45 minutes or until peanut butter is set.
7. Melt two tablespoons of butter and ten large marshmallows in saucepan on med-low heat
8. After marshmallows are melted, mix the fudge creamy frosting in.
9. Melt for about 5-10 minutes.
10. MIX WELL. Spread on top of the peanut butter.
11. Let sit in refrigerator uncovered for 30 minutes, then you can cover them if you desire.
