Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. * It is important to dice ham..DO NOT chop or grind it
  2. Add celery, then add enough pickle relish and salad dressing to suit taste
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  4. Mix well
  5. Spread ham salad onto two of the toasted whole wheat bread
  6. Top with lettuce
  7. Place last toast slices on top
  8. Cut each sandwich diagonally
  9. Serve with chips.
