Womans Thighs Kofte-meat Balls

Another turkish recipe u can eat cold too ..if some woman can make this kofte she has a talent about cooking ...what they say in here
Ingredients:
500 grams miced meat
2 onions
1 egg
handful of chopped parsley
2/4 rice boiled
salt -pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
for pane
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Directions:
1. Place 2/3 of mince, 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan. Saute until browned and juices have evaporated.
2. Boil rice until soft.
3. Remove mince from heat and add remaining meat, rice ,chopped onions and, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and 1 egg. Mix well. Set a side 30 minutes in fridge..after that
4. Take large walnut sized pieces of mixture and roll in palm of hand, press into patties when all kofte is done set a side 30 minutes again in fridge ..
5. Coat patties in flour, dip into egg mixutre and shallow fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with spicey french fries.
