1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
1/4 bottle french dressing
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
garlic salt
onion salt
meat tenderizer (about 1/2 tsp per 1 lb meat)
