Wings baked with a coating of cheese, herbs and cracker crumbs with a mustard base.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup finely crushed cracker crumb (i use ritz)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
1/3 cup dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in shallow dish and set aside.
3. Spread mustard on chicken pieces, coat with crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
4. Bake 35-40 minutes turning once.
