Winter Squash Muffins

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup cooked winter squash
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2. Combine eggs, milk, squash, and oil.
3. Add raisins to flour mixture.
4. Add sugar to egg mixture.
5. Combine 2 mixtures and stir until just blended.
6. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
