Butternut and acorn squash mixed with pumkin and butter
Ingredients:
butternut squash
pumkin (i used a small pie pumkin)
acorn squash
butter
maple syrup (use real syrup)
Directions:
1. Clean and peel the squash and pumkin
2. Slice into small chunks (smaller will steam faster)
3. Boil steam pot of water
4. Place squash and pumkin into steam pot and cover
5. Mix periodically
6. Drain once soft
7. Add squash to large mixing bowl
8. Add tabs of butter and maple syrup as desired
9. Mix with electric mixer until smooth
10. Serve while hot
