For a superquick dessert or a satisfying snack, stir up a simple yogurt sauce to spoon over fruit.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup chopped pear
1 cup chopped red apple
1 cup seedless green grape halves
ground nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
2. Combine pear and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon fruit evenly into dessert dishes. Spoon yogurt sauce evenly over fruit. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, if desired.
