WINE BASTED RED POTATOES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Witherspoon Estate in Denton, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 pounds small red potatoes quartered
5 cloves garlic sliced
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white wine
Directions:
1. In skillet cook first five ingredients in hot oil over medium heat stirring 5 minutes. Add wine then cover and reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.
