Directions:

  1. Place chicken in baking pan (remove skin).
  2. Arrange artichokes around chicken.
  3. Combine tomato sauce, wine, spices, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
