I serve this with cornbread sticks... prep time includes chilling. Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked macaroni |
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 (12-oz) can tuna, well drained |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 small can sliced black olives, drain and discard liquid |
1-1/2 cups miracle whip |
salt, to taste |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain well in a colander (do NOT rinse) and spread out on a jelly roll pan to cool. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine boiled eggs, tuna, onion, celery, black olives, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Fold in macaroni, mixing well. 3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. 4. Serve well chilled. |
