Ingredients:
1 tablespoon margarine
8 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups fresh green peas
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
