Wild Rice with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
2 cups canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup wild rice, uncooked
1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in toasted pine nuts and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
