Wild Rice Walnut Pilaf

I got it from cooking light recipe , lots and lots of good fiber
Ingredients:
1 t butter
1/4 c finely chopped onion
2.5 c water
3/4 wild rice and brown rice
1/2 t salt
2 t chopped parsley
1 t chopped chives ( green onion)
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 t olive oil
1 t tosted chopped walnut ( for topping)
Directions:
1. Cooked the rice in the microwafe as directed
2. 6 min on high 100% heat, and 20 min on medium 80 % heat let resting for 5 min
3. saute the onion in butter and evoo(extra virgin olive oil), add the cooked rice, and killed the heat, toss in the rest of ingredient , topped with toasted walnut
