Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place rice and broth in casserole dish.
  3. Bake, covered for 1 1/2-2 hours.
  4. (This should make about 3 c. of rice).
  5. Fry bacon until crisp in a Dutch oven or large saucepan.
  6. Drain off most of the grease and saute onion in rest of grease.
  7. Add half& half, mushrooms, potato soups, cooked rice, cheese and the 2 cups of water.
  8. Heat thoroughly over low heat until hot.
  9. It freezes well!
