I got this recipe years ago from a weight watcher leader
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup brummel and brown spread
1/2 cup flour
2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups cooked chicken
Directions:
1. Saute onion, celery and carrots in Brummel and Brown.
2. Reduce heat add flour.
3. Gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour.
