This is a delicious salad....Good for any company you might have. Its alot of good flavor ....
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked wild rice
8 chicken breasts
1 cup cashews, unsalted
8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup whole green grapes
1 cup whole red grapes
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and saute in butter.
2. Cut grapes in half.
3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, cashews and water chestnuts; mix together.
4. Cook rice and mix with other mixture.
5. Mix together.
6. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk together and pour over mixture.
7. Stir and serve.
