A nice summer salad
Ingredients:
6 ounces long grain and wild rice blend
1 cup pecans
1 lb chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons onions
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all and allow to chill for 48 hours for best flavor.
