Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice, soaked overnight
10 ounces consomme
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 lb sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 bunch sliced green onion
6 ounces sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup vermouth
Directions:
1. Drain rice, combine with consomme. Simmer for 30 minutes. Melt butter and saute until limp. combine with rice, add vermouth and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 350°F.
