Wild Rice and Pork Loaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ (optional)
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Press mixture evenly into a loaf pan.
4. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
5. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
