Grandma's recipe from Amish country (not for dieters).
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
5 slices bacon
1 cup potato (diced)
1 cup celery (diced)
1 cup carrot (diced)
1/2 lb cooked spaghetti
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
1 lb velveeta cheese
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in skillet. Set bacon aside for later. Cook onion and ground beef in bacon grease. Put meat in bottom of large, oven safe casserole. Boil potatoes, celery and carrots until tender. Add drained vegetables to casserole dish. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Add cooked spaghetti on top. Shred or chop Velveeta and put on top of spaghetti. Spread 2 cans of tomato soup over cheese and crumble bacon on top. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees F.
