Wholesome Cornmeal Pancakes

A delicious and filling breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/4 c cornmeal, ground coarsely
1-1/2 c soy milk
1 egg
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Combine milk and cornmeal and let sit 7-10 minutes.
2. mix together ground flax and water and whisk for a few seconds till goopy.
3. Add the flax and egg to the milk mixture.
4. Combine dry ingredients and then add those to the wet mixture.
5. Grill cakes until golden brown
