Whole Wheat Vegan Cheese Scones

As the title states.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons splenda granular
1/3 cup nonfat soymilk
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons vinegar
3 tablespoons margarine (i use earth balance)
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese (use vegan version, like vegan gourmet)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
3. Combine dry ingredients in food processor and pulse.
4. Combine milk, water, and vinegar and set aside.
5. Add butter and cheese to food processor and pulse until mix is crumbly.
6. Empty into large bowl, add wet mixture and stir just until combined.
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.
