Great tasting tortilla
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water, warm
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add warm water to form dough. Knead until smooth. Let rest 15 minutes. Divide into 12 balls. Using a rolling pin, roll out into circles. Heat frying pan and place into pan. Flip after 30 seconds to 1 minute each side.
