Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins

Yummy vegan whole wheat pumpkin muffins!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
15 ounces canned pumpkin
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup water
3 tsp baking powder
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1 tbs baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
Directions:
1. Creame margarine and sugar.
2. Add pumpkin, orange juice.
3. In a seperate bowel, mix together oil, water and 3 tsp baking powder. Add this to the batter so far.
4. Add the rest of the ingrediants.
5. Either, pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 for one hour.
6. OR, to make muffins, fill up muffin cups almost to the top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
