Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins

I found a recipe similar to this here on recipezaar, but I changed it a lot so I wanted to see the nutrition facts :).
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup raw sugar
2 cups pumpkin puree (or 1 can)
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees and grease a muffin tin.
2. Cream oil and sugar.
3. Add pumpkin and spices. Mix well.
4. Add flour and baking soda.
5. Fill 12 muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes.
