Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins

I combined a recipe with my own to make pumpkin muffins, it has no added fat, refined flour and no added sugar. not too bad if you are watching those things.
Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 cups splenda sugar substitute
3 large eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups cold milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients, add the rest and mix on medium speed until well blended.
2. Pour into greased muffin cups.
3. bake at 400 degrees 17-19 minutes until slightly browned.
