whole wheat pizza dough
Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 packages active dry yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Place water in bowl. Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
3. Add water and yeast, oil and lemon juice and mix until dough forms a ball.
4. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise about 1 hour.
5. Knead on well-floured surface.
6. Will make shells for two large pizzas.
