Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

This is my family's favorite pizza crust. My dh loves pizza so we have it often. I use fresh ground white wheat for this recipe. It makes two medium pizza crusts.
Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
5 -5 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and knead ten minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to ferment as long as possible. (I make it at breakfast time to use for supper).
2. Roll it out and poke crust with a fork all over to let out air. Add toppings and bake at 500°F for 10 minutes.
