Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup soy milk
2 tbs vegetable oil
1/4 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cups maple syrup
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Beat in eggs and blend in soy milk and oil. Gently mix in blueberries. Heat up griddle with a small amount of oil. Place batter onto hot griddle and turn when bubbles appear. Add syrup and enjoy!
