nutty whole wheat pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups skim milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet in another.
2. Combine when just ready to cook.
3. Fry in hot pan (don't use oil if you use a nonstick pan).
