Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
4 tbsp sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to egg/water mixture. Cook on griddle.
