Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1. Pour first 5 ingredients in Vitamix and run on variable 5 for 5 seconds. Add remaining two ingredients and run on high 10 for 10 seconds. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated non-stick skillet. When bubbly, flip. Cook for about another minute and serve warm.
