Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1/2 cup applesauce
4 eggs
2 cups nonfat milk
Directions:
1. mix ingredients together in a bowl
2. spray small pan with pam
3. fill the pan till i reaches all rides of the pan.
4. flip the pancake when u see the edges become medium brown.
