Whole Wheat & Healthy Banana Nut Bread

Healthy version of Banana Nut Bread with protein & fiber
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat pancake mix
2 eggs
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
4 medium bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup flax seed meal
2/3 cup rolled barley
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, olive oil, agave nectar, and water. Mix well. Stir in mashed bananas and walnuts. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into slices and serve.
