Whole Wheat Crepes With Berry Sauce

Sweet berry crepes, if you want to add to the decadence, throw some whipped cream or ice cream on top.
Ingredients:
whole wheat crepes
scant cup buttermilk
1/3 cup whole wheat flour, (you can taste this, so if you don’t like whole wheat, use all purpose)
1 egg
1 t butter
1 t sugar
tiny pinch salt
sauce
blueberries and mixed berries
wild cherry syrup
maple syrup
a little cornstarch mixed with cold water
Directions:
1. Crepes
2. Blend until smooth. Let rest 15 min. Pour a couple tablespoons at a time into the hot pan and swirl. Cook on med heat, approx 1 min on each side.
3. Sauce
4. I didn’t measure any of this, I just threw it in a pan, boiled it, then simmered it until thick.
5. Putting it together: Spread each crepe with nutella. Fold in half, and then in half again. Pour the berry sauce and maple syrup on top.
