Whole Wheat Crazy Bread

This is adapted Company's Coming Bag lunches & After School Snacks. Its fast and easy and a staple at our house on spaghetti night! I use lots of garlic! There is no such thing as too much!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup very warm water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Combine yeast and whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add water,oil, sugar and salt. Whisk until smooth.Stir in all purpose flour. Mix well. Cover with a tea towel,set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan.
3. Preheat oven to 375.
4. Combine butter, garlic and basil in a small bowl.
5. Spread the dough in pan with greased hands.
6. Spread butter over dough and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake in oven for 16 to 20 minutes.
8. Cut as desired.
