Whole Wheat Corn Bread

A healthy side, and very quick to put together
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stif until just combined.
2. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
3. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
