Whole Wheat Bread-No Yeast

a quick bread that has no yeast; from jean pare
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk or 1 1/2 cups soured milk
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup cooking oil
Directions:
1. in large bowl comine all six dry ingredients.
2. stir to combine throughly.make a well in the center.
3. in a small bowl put buttermilk, molasses and oil.
4. stir untill molasses has thinned and mixed in, pour into well.
5. stir just enough to combine.
6. turn into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
7. bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
8. remove from pan to cool.
9. note; graham flour can be used instead of whole wheat.1.
