Whole Wheat Bread for Breadmaker

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 teaspoons yeast
2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
Directions:
1. Pour into breadmaker in order given.
2. Make dough on dough cycle.
3. Shape loaf into greased loaf pan.
4. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or more.
