Yummy whole wheat bread....Great with a bowl of soup.
Ingredients:
1 1 /2 pound loaf
1 1/8 cups water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
(i use equal amounts of flour)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 t. butter
2 t. sugar
1/4 cup instant potato flakes
2 tsp. yeast
Directions:
1. Follow directions for your bread machine when putting the ingredients into pan.
