Whole wheat bread, homemade
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp yeast
6 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp salt
Directions:
1. dissolve yeast and honey in water
2. add 3 cups flour
3. let rise 2-3 hours
4. add salt and remaining flour, knead for 10 min
5. let rise another hour or so
6. divide dough into two bread pans, let rise again
7. bake 350 35 to 40 minutes
