Amazingly moist and not dense bread. This has been a family favorite, while being soft and pliable in texture, it is still whole wheat. Yummy
Ingredients:
4 cups warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
2 tablespoons salt
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup oil
11 -13 cups wheat flour
Directions:
1. Proof the Yeast with Water and Honey for 5 minutes, then add Salt, Oil and 7 cups of the flour. After is has been mixed well, add 3 more cups of flour and mix again. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. add remaining flour just until it pulls away from the bowl (it should still be quite moist).
2. Allow to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Knead again for about 5 minutes. Form dough into 4 bread loaves and put in pans. Allow to rise again for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degree for 25 - 30 minutes.
