Whole Wheat Bread

Very healthy! Prep time includes rising time.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 cups lukewarm water (between 100-115 degrees)
1/4 cup butter, softened (i use earth balance vegan buttery sticks)
1/8 cup molasses (i use brer rabbit black strap molasses)
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup vital gluten
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
2. Combine butter, molasses, honey, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
3. Add yeast mixture. Stir. Slowly add flours, flax and vital gluten while mixing.
4. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
5. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and let rise until doubled, about an hour.
6. Punch down to remove most of the volume. Let rest a few minutes.
7. Knead just to get dough back into a ball-shape and cut in half. Shape both halves into loaves and place in greased pans.
8. Let rise one hour.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
